Jugal Kishore MP kick started work of WSS for Rs 9.15 Crores under Jal Jeevan Mission in District Samba

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament BJP Lok Sabha Jammu-Poonch along with DDC Chairman Keshav Dutt, DDC Shilpa Dubey,DDC Sarabjit Singh Johal,BDC Yogeswar Singh Jamwal, Former Minister Chandra Prakash Ganga,District Development Commissioner Samba Anuradha Gupta, Senior BJP Leaders Amar Singh,Jai Ram Sharma kick started construction work of Water Supply Schemes under Jal Jeevan Mission at village Rampura and Ramlu in Vijaypur constituency of District Samba worth Rupees 9.15 crores.

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while speaking at the occasion said that today Construction work of water supply scheme at village Rampur worth Rupees 4.40 Crores have been started and Construction of water supply schemes at village Ramloo worth Rupees 4.75 Crores have been started which will feed more than 1500 household drinking water supply. He said that village Rampur and adjoining areas and village Ramlu along with adjoining areas were suffering a lot due to water scarcity. He said that the great area will get benefit through these schemes. Member of Parliament said that the Construction work will done in missionary mode and get completed within 7 to 8 months. Moreover he said that these work also have maintenance period and should be done with good quality. He said that these schemes are provisioned not only for the present times but also for the future till 2050.

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of while appraising Modi Government said that only the Prime Minsiter Sh. Narendra Modi have such great vision who created an independent Minsitry callled Jal Shakti Mantralay for providing drinking Water to very household. He also thanked Honble Union Minister Sh. Gajendra Singh Shikhawat for releasing such amount to Jal Shakti Department Jammu and Kashmir complete all these works. He said that like these schemes and other schemes was also kick started in future.

Keshav Dutt District Development Council chairman samvad thanked Member of Parliament and said that Jal Jeevan Mission scheme is very much visionary and will short out the problem of water scarcity of rural areas.

Chandra Prakash Ganga Former Minister J&K sad that these rural areas were suffering a lot and drinking shallow water which was not fit for them. He also congrats BDC and Sarpanches of the area and said that they should monitor the quality work and this work should get completed in time. He said that previous governments have only betrayed innocent people and done politics of vote bank but this is now Modi Government in centre who not only take of present but also take care of future.
